Parking bays are not available at the building.  Rental options are available at other locations in very close proximity to the building.

Yes. the building is equipped with an onsite laundromat.  There is a standard applicable cost per wash and dry cycle which can be paid using the snapscan app.

Units include a gas hob or stove and oven in applicable units.

All units are unfurnished.

Pets are not allowed in rental units

We offer 12 month lease options.  Shorter* lease terms can be requested for consideration.  *T&C’s apply

Visitors will need to provide a selfie and a valid form of identification (such as a driver’s licence or ID card), to be loaded to the access control system.  Each unit may host up to 2 visitors at a time, with only 1 permitted to stay overnight. All visitors must leave by 22:00 on weekdays and 23:00 on weekends.

No, the building is a designated non-smoking area. This includes all tobacco products. Designated smoking areas are available outside the buildings.
